Attorney David Foley is a coach at Doherty High School in the Mock Trial program, one of the premier programs in Colorado, which has made it to the state competition almost every year.
David is a former prosecutor with Colorado’s 4th Judicial District Attorney’s office. He knows what it takes to win, and he anticipates the tactics and strategies of prosecutors. Today, he uses his extensive trial experience to represent those accused of crimes, as well as people who are injured by the negligence of others.
